These designs will be as per your provided theme.     FACTORY EVALUATION

    We select our vendors to reflect the individual needs of our customers. Before we make our selection, each of the plants in question is subjected to stringent evaluation.

    Social Compliance Audits: We work with independent auditors and if required, conduct our own audits to ensure that standards are met.

    CTPAT Audits: Same as with social compliance audits, we work with independent audit teams to conduct CTPAT audits.

    PRICE NEGOTIATIONS & VENDOR SELECTION

    We have not only specific and updated information about the price effecting factors but also order status of different vendors. Coupling the above two factors with our innovative product development techniques. We usually achieve the price targets from customers.

    Price is one of the parameters for selecting the vendors but there are several others like the vendor previous experience with the related products, quality standard, commitment levels, Payment terms etc.

    We make the KPI’s of all the vendors and share them with the customer along with advantages, disadvantages, risks and our recommendations. So that customer can decide easily. We normally share three optional vendors for every project.

    SAMPLING & PRODUCTION FOLLOW UP

    Our product developers with their teams participate in sampling till the shipment completion. The time & actions plan is agreed before the order placement and is the responsibility of Quality and Product development teams that the TNA is religiously followed by the vendors. All the challenges should be timely settled so that the Shipments are secured.

    We are in process of buying software which will provide live feed to customers of their products.

    QUALITY ASSURANCE

    Quality is key to our business as we understand it. It encompasses communication and service quality as well as product planning and product quality assurance. There several measures that we implement to guarantee high quality products.

    Our Quality Assurance department is well versed with the quality requirements of our customers.  They ensure that the quality, quantity, packaging and labeling conform to the customer requirements. The minimum criterion to join the quality team is a three year diploma in Textiles. We offer training to our human resource in periodical intervals.

    SHIPPING

    We understand that the order/ Project is not completed till the products are received by customer. We make sure that the products are loaded as per the requirements of the customer and documents are delivered to customer in time. We share the updates to customer from loading till the shipment reach the destination.

    We also offer packaging solutions which are cost effective, eco-friendly, Retail friendly and aesthetically pleasant to different customers.

    We have a separate logistics department which can not only offer competitive freight rates but also warehousing and even drop shipping solutions to the customer. We have warehouses in UK, Germany, Canada and Australia.
